Jeremy Ashley was called to St. Peter’s in July of 2010 to serve as School Administrator of the Early Childhood Education Center and Elementary School. Before coming to St. Peter’s, Jeremy has served at two other congregations and one school.

After graduating from Concordia University Wisconsin with a B.A. in Early Childhood Education, Jeremy served as a Minister to Youth for 7th-12th graders in Wisconsin. After a move back to his hometown of Decatur, IL he then served as a preschool teacher/director, a kindergarten teacher, and most recently taught 3rd grade. Jeremy earned his Master of Science in Education in the area of School Administration from Eastern Illinois University in 2008.

Jeremy has been married to his wife, Diana, for 10 years and has three children, Jada, Benji, and Elliot (ages 3,5, and 6). Jeremy’s entire family is involved and invested at St. Peter’s and all love serving the Lord in a variety of ways.

Jeremy has a passion for seeing children grow in faith and academics. He enjoys helping others realize their God-given talents and encouraging them to use those talents to God’s glory. He loves building relationships with his fellow staff as well as the families he works with. One of his personal goals is to help others to see “the big picture” and to realize what in life is truly important and worth focusing your time and energy on.

When away from the school, Jeremy enjoys spending quality time with his family. He takes pleasure in learning about and using new technologies, reading about automobiles, and watching movies.

Jeremy and his family are excited to be a part of the family of St. Peter’s. They look forward to what God has planned for their family here in Minnesota.
